Want us to call you?
Be Boldly Authentic.
Freedom to chart your own path, not follow someone else's "shoulds."
Think Independently
Your therapy journey, your goals—with containment, not direction
Break Through Patterns
Creativity and flow unlock new ways forward when you feel stuck
Therapy doesn't have to be another space where you conform. At Thodi si Therapy, we create a container where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and celebrated. Through a blend of existential psychotherapy and creative expression, we'll work together to help you reconnect with your authentic self, navigate complex cultural dynamics, and discover new possibilities beyond the patterns that no longer serve you. This isn't about following a prescribed path - it's about finding your own way forward with thoughtful companionship along the journey.
Finally work with someone who understands the nuances of Punjabi family dynamics, cultural expectations, and community pressures without explanation. As a Punjabi therapist with lived experience, I create a space where cultural context isn't just acknowledged but deeply understood, allowing us to move beyond surface-level discussions to the heart of your challenges.
Experience therapy that genuinely celebrates rather than merely tolerates your queerness. My specialized training in queer affirmative practices combined with my own identity as a non-binary person means your gender and sexuality will be honored as vital parts of who you are, not treated as problems to be solved or aspects to be navigated around.
Access emotions and insights that traditional talk therapy can't reach through expressive arts techniques. Drawing from my six years of visual arts education and specialized certification in expressive arts therapy, I offer creative approaches that bypass intellectual defenses when words alone aren't enough.
Discover how to live authentically at the intersection of all your identities without compartmentalizing different aspects of yourself. My approach, rooted in existential psychotherapy, helps you explore meaning and purpose beyond societal categories, allowing you to craft a life that honors the complexity of who you truly are.
I was a visual artist with 6 years of university education in visual arts. I chose to become a mental health professional from a mental health enthusiast. I saw my life's purpose in this profession.
I have an MSc in Counselling Psychology from CHRIST University. I'm Trauma-informed through academic training. I have experiential training of 100+ hours in Expressive Art Therapy practices. I have Queer Affirmative Practices certification. I keep on growing and upskilling via credible and reliable sources.
I have been using the existential therapy framework in my case conceptualizations from the very beginning, prioritizing the human need for authenticity. I combine my lived experience of being in therapy myself as well as 2+ years of facilitating a queer peer support group with professional training. I put my client's lived experience at the center.
I believe in being open about my capabilities, background, and competency. I seek regular supervision from experienced practitioners in the field, ensuring ethical practice. I welcome detailed conversations about my approach. You can explore LinkedIn to see my ongoing professional development.
I believe finding the right therapist fit is essential—reach out to explore if we're right for each other.
